- What is Stuubs? +
- Stuubs is a community app for festival-goers. During or after a festival you rate the event and individual performances (a "rating"), share photos and videos, and discover what your crew loved most.
- Is Stuubs free? +
- Yes — the app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. There are no subscriptions or paid features.
- How do I give a rating? +
- Open an event in the app, tap "Give rating", pick a score from 1 to 5 stars and optionally add a short note. You can also rate individual artist performances.
- Who can see my ratings? +
- Ratings and posts are public by default and appear in the memories feed and on the event page. Others see your name, avatar and written note. You can always edit or delete your own posts and ratings from the app.
- How do I report inappropriate content? +
- Tap the three-dot menu on a post or rating card and choose "Report". Select a reason, optionally add context, and submit. Our moderators review every report manually.
- Can I block a user? +
- Yes. Open their profile, tap the three-dot menu and choose "Block". Their posts, ratings and replies disappear for you — and yours for them. Manage your blocks via Account → Blocked users.
- How do you calculate an event’s average? +
- We add up all ratings on an event and divide by the number of votes — the arithmetic mean, no weighting or curving. The average shows on the event page as soon as there is at least one rating.
- Can I delete my account? +
- Yes. Go to Account → three-dot menu → "Delete account". Your profile is anonymised ("Deleted account") so reviews and replies stay intact, but all your personal data is removed and your login is deleted.
- Which platforms does Stuubs run on? +
- The app runs on iOS and Android. We also publish events, artists and venues on this website (stuubs.com), so you can browse without the app.
